Lodging
If you plan to stay over night at the conference and want to stay on campus, some rooms will be available at Kellogg Center. Their number is 517.432.4000 or 800.875.5090. Be sure to tell them that you are attending the Michigan Herb Associates Annual Conference at Agriculture and Natural Resources Week to obtain conference rates. Call early in order to get a room.
Area motels rooms are also an option and here are four suggestions and all are located at the I-96 Okemos Exit 110:

Parking
Free parking is available on the north side of Spartan Stadium and across from the International Center on Shaw Lane, just south of Wells Hall. Handicapped parking is available at the west end of Wells Hall, which is located just east of Spartan Stadium on the south side of the Red Cedar River.
